“I cannot get it to work. Does it need to charge. I plugged it in and get nothing”

• Check to see if your phone is even compatible with the wireless charger. If your phone happens to have wireless charging then I'd try using a different outlet in the house.

• The disc won’t light up till you put your phone on it .
