This cover allows access to the S Pen, both speakers, microSD card slot, USB charging port, and the headphone jack without removing it. It does block the rear camera when folded back.

There is even an indention designed into the case to prevent any obstruction to the pen. The Belkin case for the 12.2 was designed specifically for the Note Pro 12.2. I believe large companies usually work closely with manufacturers for the development of aftermarket products.
