• Doesn't exactly answer your question, but I ran 18 miles yesterday using Nike+ and music. My battery is barely under "fully" charged. I've had my nano for two months and have been very impressed with the length of battery life.

• The Belkin - EaseFit Plus Armband for 7th-Generation Apple® iPod® nano - Blacktop is just an armband and does not use batteries. I need to recharge the battery of my 7th-Generation Apple® iPod® nano about once a week, and that's with daily use during my work-outs and house work.
