Hi BrianW. The Belkin WIZ017 is the newer version of the Belkin WIZ009. It supports fast charging for Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch Series 7, and Apple Watch Ultra, while the WIZ009 only charges these watches on a regular speed. The WIZ017 is also compatible with newer Apple devices.

The Belkin WIZ017 is a newer version of the Belkin BU002-BK-CC, also known as the WIZ009, and supports fast charging for Apple Watch Series 7 and later models.
