• I have a MagSafe iPhone case and it charges my phone perfectly. I do not have to take off the case. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with a Zagg mag case .

• I've used the Apple clear magsafe case, and currently use the leather Apple case. Both work just fine with this charge. No need to remove.
