• Yes you can. The HD Cam has a mic for you to hear ambient noises and it also has a speaker on the back for anyone next to Camera to hear your voice. Works very well actually

• Yes there is an audio feature on the app and also another feature that lets you talk when you hold down the talk button on the app.
