• Yes, the iPhone plug-in is adjustable up and down to fit phones with cases. I have a Rokform case on my phone

• Not sure. We have different cases than Otterbox and it works fine. If the white collar on the Lightening plug remains completely outside the Otterbox case when you charge your phone, then it should work fine.
