Yes, I use a speck cover similar to otterbox, with a popsocket too and it works. It has a small wheel behind to adjust the height of the lighting adapter to be "case friendly"

You may have to take the case off the phone, but yes watch will work... I loved mines until it stop working.

Yes - uses standard lightning connector, and is not fixed (movable) so should adapt to Otterbox.
Wirelessly charges, so should work with Apple Watch 3 (the technology hasn't changed to my knowledge).

It works with iPhone 8 Plus, Apple Watch 3, and most cases as this dock has an adjustable Lightning connector. However, for best results, we suggest removing the case or using an open-based case.
