Does it charge an iPad and I watch null

To answer your question I just tried my IPad mini and it does charge it and I would think a larger size iPad would also charge but not sure if the watch would stay attached at the same time.

I can't answer the part about the Ipad, but recently my watch hasn't been charging completely and I keep getting the message that this is not an approved Apple charging device for the watch.
