“I have an IPhone XS. I bought a cheaper adapter from Best Buy but it doesn’t fit this phone. I’m trying to connect my Beats Wired headphones to my XS. The other one I bought fits the headphones but not the iPhone. Will this one work?”

Yes. I use it with my iphone and Bose headphones. But it's pretty fragile. Mine only seems to last about a year. I've bought quite a few. High price for a fragile product but no real options. Don't bend it.
