Safari is a browser program, usually only found on Apple products. This product is a connector cable which plugs into many devices, including Apple products such as iPad/iPhone which have USB-C ports, not Lightning. Safari as a browser doesn't usually send things over USB. Your question is quite confused about the pieces of your setup.
