• Most routers will be - they don't *tend* to care about what modem they're hooked to. The only annoying AT&T gateway (and it's Uverse specific) is the NVG510. There may be some configuration needed - some (most newer) routers will have you put in a disk or USB key, ask a few questions, and be set up within a few minutes.

• Yes. Connect the Ethernet cable from your Motorola 3360 modem into the wifi router instead of your pc and the other Ethernet out put on the wifi to your pc.
