“DISH Network and ROKU 2 XD I have a DISH receiver and a ROKU 2 XD. The ROKU won't work as it needs wireless. Can this router be plugged into the Ethernet port on the back of my DISH receiver so that my ROKU can pick up a wireless signal? Thanks in advance, The Duke”

• I'm using this router with DirecTV and it works great - connects to my ISP cable, then provides wireless to my laptops, iPad, Nook, DirecTV, and Roku. My ISP is broadband, NOT DSL.

• No. The RJ-45 connector on the back of the Dishbox is for connecting TO a network, not creating one.
