What should be used to clean the surface? null

While the griddle is still hot, wipe it down with a wet dish towel.

I use the same dish soap I use for washing my dishes.

I just use the soft side of the sponge, some dish soap and wipe away. Gentle rinse in the sink

Just soap and water. Use a soft cloth (not a scratch type pad). You can practically just clean it with a paper towel.....the surface is wonderful.

I just use soap and water and dry off immediately. Although you cannot submerge it in water, if you tilt it and run water on it where the plug in part doesn't get wet, it should be fine.
