“When I remove the pot, it is not stopping dripping. How can I order a new basket?”

I believe that all of the water takes awhile to drain out of the basket. I usually wait about 5 minutes after it stops brewing. You can remove the coffee carafe for a cup of coffee but you have about 30 seconds to return the pot to the plate.

You have 30 seconds to bring the pot back. Are you doing that?more than 30 seconds yes it will be dripping...

This happened to me after using it a few weeks. I think the problem was the spout was sticking. I washed the basket and jiggled the spout some and it went back to normal. Hope that helps!
