BELLA customer service is clueless! They need better training before allowed to answer to give correct answers and they need to actually read the questions! This is not 1200 watts. It is 800 watts. That is a pretty bad guess! Only one of 3 questions answered and it's not correct! Terrible, SHAME ON BELLA!
