Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Theres a link under features at the bottom titled "Use & Care" to download that can answer many questions besides the cleaning one you have asked. The trays come out like a countertop toaster oven to clean with soap water. The u it itself you clean with a slightly moistened cloth & dry immediately. Be careful ot to wipe wet any of or near the controls. I did that to my oven and the motherboard went ot costing me $295 which was me buying a discount part from Amazon to repaire myself as a new widow. 3 yrs 3 mos old used only 3x a wk that was costly. Point being I learned my lesson for all my appliances as this issue seems pretty relevant amongst most brands and kitchen appliances large and small. Never use an abrasive scratch pad either. Liquid Bar Keepers Friend used with a quality soft paper towel like Viva is useful for anything inside for stubborn or stuck on food. Let it sit after a few minutes in slight circular motion,Let it dry to come back with a fresh Viva soft paper towel to lightly buff off the dried foods. Hint save your used paper towels that have solution on them to clean your *white* kitchen porcelain sink. It will take off scuffs, pan marks + food stains, etc.
