“Hi,I recieved this today from fedex ,the box was torn up bad,but I'm wondering ahould it take 17 min to brew 12 cups of coffee in this or it it defected? And the clean feature doesn't work ,is it supposed to light up or anything? Thank you”

IT IS A SLOW MACHINE FOR BREWING BUT SET THE TIMER FOR THE TIME YOU WANT IT AND SOLVES THE ISSUE.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I thought the cleaning took forever and didn’t think it was working the 1st clean. I keep following the cleaning steps.The second clean went a bit faster. The 1st brew seemed to take a while also. Once you get past the initial 2 cleanings & 1st brew the 2nd Brew should go faster. There is also a button for strong brew (that seems to take longer).
