• It was hard to figure out how much you can do because the users manual was so limited that it wasn't clear whether you needed to preheat the oven first before putting food in. This was very complicated to operate due to the poor instructions.

• It depends on what you are frying, since different foods occupy a different amount of space and fry best at different temperature, e.g., thick pork chops without bone side by side, vs. a pile of potatoes). You would have to experiment a bit.
