“Please tell me why the spiral heating element doesn't turn on, I tried all the cooking modes and couldn't get it to work. The two elements on the top and bottom work fine , but not the spiral heating element. Does this function even work.”

• The rotisserie element only rotates in bake or roast mode. Select roast or bake and then press the same button to turn on rotisserie.
