Please tell me why the spiral heating element doesn't turn on, I tried all the cooking modes and couldn't get it to work. The two elements on the top and bottom work fine , but not the spiral heating element.

Please tell me why the spiral heating element doesn't turn on, I tried all the cooking modes and couldn't get it to work. The two elements on the top and bottom work fine , but not the spiral heating element.

The rotisserie element only rotates in bake or roast mode. Select roast or bake and then press the same button to turn on rotisserie.

Might have a faulty unit. Get a replacement.
