“Hi! When I use my unit it makes a loud noise/rattling-ish sound and wanted to see if that was normal? I also noticed it doesnt turn on the top coil but the top coil does get hot, is that normal? Thank you,”

• I just got mine and this is my 2nd day using. At first I heard a low rattle now the fan is very loud. Ive never heard an air fryer make that noise. I will return this.

• Not sure about the noise, but coils are meant to get hot.
