I've had two Bella Pros, and while there were some issues with both (not worth getting into here, but in the Review section), I have found the manuals adequate. Read the manual a few times, then try following the instructions as you cook. If you are still uncertain, I would suggest a search on YouTube--you can find pretty much anything you want there.
