Q: QuestionWhy is there no dimensions listed for ANY of the Bella Pro products? I had to hunt and peck through the Q and A sections to find this information, and still have no idea how big this toaster is. The dimensions should be clearly listed, please do better.

• A:Answer This is voltage specific device so 120 volt is whats recommended. Over voltage normally causes very quick failure and overheating. If you want a quick check on most domestically produced devices the plug on the cord is different.. A 220 volt plug also takes a specific outlet if the wall if wiring is to code.

Q: QuestionWhen in bagel mode is heating reduced on the inside elements or the outside elements. Also I assume when toasting a single slice you use the right slot. Sorry for the obvious questions, but I misplaced the manual when unpacking the toaster :>)

Q: QuestionCan the toaster still pop up heavier items? The last two toasters I have purchased this year either got stuck or didn't fully pop up when it was just a 2.4 oz gluten free roll (split in half, 1.2 oz per slot). My old toaster had no problem at all

• A:Answer If you forget your toast in the toaster for a bit too long, you can rewarm it with the warming button as opposed to the microwave which would make it soggy. It's more of a dry heat. If you're thinking for frozen waffles or the like, I still do those at about a 3 or so.
