• You can basically cook any meat in this. You can bake, broil, fry and Sautee anything meat that can fit as me and my wife cooked a whole chicken in it!

• Any meats can be used in the air fryer, salmon, steak breakfast bacon, cornish hens .... my suggestion is to try working with individual portions and get a feel for what your fryer can do.

• You can use it with all kinds of meat I even bake biscuits and also is good to heat up tacos.
