Sorry, no idea of rubber feet replacements. I put mine on a round trivet hotpad thing that happened to fit in the middle of those 4 feet underneath. It lifted the unit up just enough so that it can easily slide out from the wall a little when I use it. That would also level it to make up for a torn rubber foot, just a suggestion.
