Yes it did all those things. But keep this in mind every use need watch the time as it hotter the longer it in use. Foods might get burn or dry out. For me I always check after 5 to 10 mins. Hope this help.

The air fryer does NOT broil or roast. It basically bakes, and reheating already cooked food is wonderful, as it doesn't dry out the meat, fish, or whatever, as long as you don't warm it up too long. Just go online and ask how to warm up an item in an air fryer.

Well, the broiling and roasting is rolled into one process very effectively. It's great at reheating because it's fast and the convection affect moves the air all around it. I'm assuming you're talking meat, fish, chicken, ribs, veggies, and the like. The basket has holes in the bottom so liquids and really soft foods would not apply.

No, this is essentially a convection oven on steroids. It will not broil or roast. Re-heating it does relatively well, and will crisp things nicely.
