French fries to me taste so much better in this because you get more of the fry flavor rather then the flavor of the oil, plus cleanup is so much easier. I really love how easy everything is to "fry" and how I can switch right from making donuts to making something more savory with no need to do much more then just wipe out the inside.

Most likely it's a PTFE-based coating, otherwise Bella would have been clear that it is not.
A:AnswerThe inside of the bowl & the cooking tray are both non- stick coated. So far, cleanup has been very easy with no visible scratching, (although I've only had it about a month & only used it 5 times).
