• I touched mine after about 20 minutes of being on and it was only warm to the touch on outside. That was on the front and top so I can't honestly say for sides and back.

• No but be make sure you open it basket completely to take out food or to flip food over. It is hot

• The back of it does since that's where the hot air comes out, but generally the front side doesn't get hot.
