“The machine stopped making espresso half way through the process. When I select 2 cups only about half of one cup comes out. I descaled but nothing works. Lasted about a year with 3-4 uses per week. Any suggestions? Thanks”

You can try unscrewing the part where it showers down and make sure all that is really clean.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may have to reset the shot volume by holding the single and double shot volume at the same time for 3-5 seconds. Or adjust your volume to what you want by holding down the double shot while brewing and letting go when you have the amount of coffee you want.
