QuestionCan you make espresso and coffee at the same time?

- Answer Nope. Only 1 function at a time works. You can brew or make espresso shots or use the steam. If you brewed a pot and waited for it to beep then you could do the espresso after or vis versa. Once the machine is warm the espresso shots are quick.

QuestionI'm trying to register the product and it says the serial number is on the bottom of the unit, but I don't see anything that resembles a serial number on the bottom. The sticker only has the model # & item #. Is it the number under the QR code?

Questiondoes this machine froth/steam milk?

- Answer yes, it does but you have to be careful and half cover the cup where you have the milk because it will splash all over. Also try to fill less than half of the cup, otherwise it will be messy

- Answer The machine comes with two pods, one double shot,one single. The espresso shots have a nice creme on them and the final shot has nice layers. I use Thomas Hammer "Fireball" for my espresso, and it has a really smooth buttery finish as espresso.
