Can you blend in the cup ? null

Yes you can, the lid can unscrew and the blender part of the big container fits right in there, it's kind of nice if you're making something in the morning to take with you, you can just put the lid on and go out of your house without dirtying another dish.

Yes! And you screw off the blade off and screw on the lid to drink from. Nice if you don't want to make a lot. I think it is a little under 32 ounces.
