QuestionHow many settings does the K-cup side have? Can you brew a 12 or 14oz travel mug? Most units only brew up to a 10oz cup on the single serve side, so I’m hoping for a larger option without the need to brew 2 smaller cups.

- Answer Beeps just once when done, then timer comes on to show how long it's been ready. No "annoying" sounds. Hope that helps.

- Answer So then return it and re-purchase. Problem solved. It is a good machine and therefore a good buy at both $99 and $119. Especially when compared to the competitors that are generally twice the cost. Things always go on/off/on sale.

- Answer Yes, I would like to know also. It stays on and burns the little coffee left. There is no off button. How do you make sure it’s off? Besides unplugging it
