“When I try to brew 4 cups it beeps at me and doesnt do anything. I have to brew 5 or more cups to get it to work. It's less than a year old. How can I fix this?”

• Try pressuring the “strength” button until it reads “1-4” - when it stops blinking, you can brew 1-4 cups.
