• Yes you can and it cooks faster. There are different temperatures and times but yes. If you're trying to cook for a family of 4, you may want to buy one bigger than 3.5qts.

• It depends on what you are cooking. My cousin makes toast bread in this rather than pulling out toaster. You can also search online recipes for air fryers!!!!
