“How do you clean yours? The tray to put food on is getting hard to get clean in the grooves. We won't scrub it because the black coating has been pealing around the edges from taking it out and putting it back in, so scrubbing would likely make that worse”

I use a very soft soapy towel and it cleans well. BUT the best cleaning is right after use and yes coating is peeling off but like I stated, it is best to clean or soak it immediately after use.

I had the same issue with the coating coming off the cooking grate. This was sent to me by the manufacturer: email all below to [email protected] so we may look into how we can best assist you: A picture or scan of the receipt with a clear date of purchase and amount paid ● A picture of the silver/grey sticker that is on the unit, it could be found underneath or behind the unit and please ensure that the 5-digit item number can easily be read ● Your first and last name ● Your mailing addresses ● Your phone number (preferably with an answering machine) ● A brief description on the issue and pictures/video are always helpful A receipt is needed to validate the warranty. We also accept a duplicate receipt, or a valid shipping/confirmation email if the appliance was purchased online.
