I lightly spritz most fresh foods with olive or coconut oil spray. Most Frozen food doesn’t need it. I cook nearly everything at 350 for 10-12 minutes, turning it over halfway through.

This light will turn on and off as it cooks to maintain selected temp. Turn left dial timer past 7 minutes to turn it on, then adjust to desired time. All cooking times/temps will vary. Unit will not power on unless the pot has been pushed all the way in, making it flush with the rest of the unit. You just need to figure out how much time and temp you need for your specific food. (recommend to shake or turn food half way through) There is no "correct time/temp" it's all trial and error. Hope this helps!
