• No, not on all fryers if that is your question. Maybe on that particular one you have but the majority have more time and your larger models especially the ones that resemble a toaster oven and rotisserie chicken’s and so much more they have a variety of settings and cooking options. Depends on how much $ you want to spend as to what your going to get.

• Yes. 30 minutes is the max but you can always add more time when it's still cooking.

• Yes the timer is 30 minutes max. We have never needed it for longer. You also need to shake things 1/2 way through, so you can always reset the timer after you do so.
