“In Instruction Manual for chicken pieces, it says Air Fry Time* 20-30 minutes, and then in next column it says Time 10 minutes?????? What is the difference between the two columns and times?”

I suggest trying 20 minutes first, if not done you can always cook longer. A tip I found helpful. When making something that browns and crisps like french fries, I spray the food with nonstick spray. It does help make food crispy and brown. Just experiment with it till you get the hang of it.....
