• Inside the instruction booklet there are a couple of pages with some cooking guidelines. For a complete list of recipes you would need to purchase an air fryer cook book. I have been able to cook several meals thus far only using the suggestions inside the booklet.

• It's like any appliance. As long as you know how to cook, all you have to concern yourself with is figuring out cooking times. As someone else said, there is a guide with suggestions that is a good starting point.
