A: Inside pot is non-stick metal. The grate is non-stick metal with what appears to be silicone feet. Hope this helps.
Q: Do they have a recipe book or a how to book that comes with it or do I have to get separately.
A: Inside the instruction booklet there are a couple of pages with some cooking guidelines. For a complete list of recipes you would need to purchase an air fryer cook book. I have been able to cook several meals thus far only using the suggestions inside the booklet.
