At XMas I bought two of the Bella 6qt Pro Series touchscreen. I set the time/temp you can hear it start to cook and then it turns it self off I have to keep turning it back on, Both function the same and turn off. I love it but hate it turns off, HELP null

Have you tried with less food in it? It may be the sensor to avoid it catching on fire

Mine has done the on/off thing a couple of times. I took the tray out and reinserted it and it was OK then. Not a problem so far. Could be a 'Tray in place' thing?

If its turning off about halfway down or a few minutes before it should be done it might be so you can open it and turn your food over. Then just push it back in and it should come back on and finish cooking on the timer you had it set on.
