“The crisping tray has 4 teflon feet on each corner, it is very difficult to slide the tray in and out. Do I have to cut the corners off so that it can slide more easy? I have the Bella Pro Series 6Qt Touchscreen Air Fryer”

NO leave it's feet on! Just gently ease the tray down in place. It seems to be a bit adjustable as to how low the tray can go. I put my pinkie into the small hole in the center of the tray to help remove it ( works for me!) don't use anything sharp because it will scratch.
