• If u cook the meat frozen, just use a meat press on it after u flip the meat over to get a nice sear or so that the heat can evenly distribute thru out the surface of it to cook thoroughly and to temp.

• No - the Foreman Grill cooks from both the top and the bottom . I suppose you could cook a froozen burger on this grill but it would take a long while.
