I had same issue during first setup (no water in system) on 2 different machines. It seems that air bubbles get trapped in the internal lines. I installed/removed/reinstalled full tank several times to feed water into machine. I tried their directions several times then removed the tank, picked machine up rotated machine gently on 3 axis to allow trapped bubbles to get out of the way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to manually lift the plastic filter in the water reservoir so the bubbles can show and the water can go through the machine. I had the same issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve tried all the above tricks and still no dice. What is it *supposed* to sound like after the two buzzes?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Another solution I found that worked---from a Nespresso chat. Take a plastic zip bag. Fill it with a cup or so of water and push out most of the air and zip it closed. With the water container maybe 1/3 full, stuff it down in the water cup to fill up all the space. Try the first use instructions again. Worked for me when other suggestions failed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.gotta help it prime. Turn it upside down and remove the water tank. Add some water to the little hole and try again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same issues as all the above, tried Ryan’s reasoning and somehow it worked. Took the reservoir. off, flipped the machine over, shook it. Put it back on and it finally came though
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you figure this out? I am trying to set mine up and it is doing the same exact thing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ryan's answer is correct. Just tried it five minutes ago after the instructions for first use in the booklet were unsuccessful. For me, removing the full water tank and replacing it a few times was enough but you may also need to rotate the machine as Ryan stated. After that it should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once you have you espresso or pod in, lock down the lever then once your options blink make a section and it begins the brew process
