“What is the width of the open shelves shown in the picture?”

• I just spoke with a customer service agent from Bell'O/Twin Star who told me the open shelves are 34.5" wide. Unfortunately for me, that means my sound bar won't fit, but at least I know before buying!

• That's my complaint with this piece, shelves aren't adjustable, you can't even put a 5x7 photo on the shelf! Total waste of space, I don't know what they want you to put on them
