No it's just a stand. This is a really nice quality stand though.

No it does not. Maybe there's a mount sold separately, but I just purchased this item and it did not have a TV mount.

Mine didn't come with a TV mount. I bought a wall mount. I don't recall if there was an option for it.

No. I mounted my tv on the wall above Its a nice piece,very sturdy if you wanted to set the tv on top.

No it does not. What you see is what you get. I have a 75in Sony tv. And it looks amazing with it.
