• The top is about 18’’ deep. You should have plenty of space for a soundbar.

• The center shelf divider is set back 4.2 inches from the front of the shelf, so there should be just enough room for a 4 inch deep sound bar.

• I belive so. Got my center speaker there now, and it's at least 3.5" deep. 4" might bring the face of the sound bar right to the edge Of the lower shelf (not the overhang lip) but it should fit.
