A:AnswerI am not an official rep but It should be back for sale very soon. There was a bug in all of the originally shipped units where the 3D feature did not work properly. They have just released the fix on or about the 8th of March. So they will not be shipping new bugfixed units to all retailers. It is possible that another fix makes the fan more quiet as well. Keep checking! I have an original buggy unit and Benq has a free to the user swap out program where they will send you a fixed unit in the mail, then you package up the old one and ship back.
