• Yes, this monitor will work with any machine running Windows 7. I have Windows 7 and all I did was plug in the monitor and it detected my computer immediately.

• No, any PC is not compatible with a Ben Q, Ben Q’s are only convenient with consoles like Ps4 & Xbox.
