t’s a 4K DLP projector that uses TI’s XPR pixel-shifting system. The W4100i has a 0.65" DLP chip and then uses four-phase pixel shifting to put all 8.3 million pixels on screen, which meets the CTA “true 4K” spec. So the image is effectively 4K, but it’s not a native 3840 x 2160 panel in the strict sense.
